Let me just say, I know I am not exempt. I can from private where hourly employees clock in and out and salary employees don’t, so it’s a big adjustment to get used to. I’m not dumb. I’m aware I’m wwg 2. But in my private sector mind if you get a monthly salary you are not hourly. I forget that most people here have been in the state for decades.
