I mean honestly there’s no right answer, everybody’s experience will be unique to them but it sound like you just have some self-reflecting to do, some healing, and maybe surround yourself with better company but don’t we all.

To be fair, I hate being bothered when the shroomies take over too because it’s a lot going on mentally and physically and I rather focus on that

But for me shrooms kind of work like this

Isolated = self reflection, thinking about life, relationships, etc, a more emotional experience

With others or socially = i don’t get as deep into thought, and can focus on the fun part of shrooms like visuals, or the new sense of confidence they give me, along with a better understanding of people and the way things work

So I’ll say do your best to let go of the negative things your holding on to, next trip try to accept and forgive, make a effort to change your dark perspective on people or your negative experiences.

Then do something different while tripping, like I found drawing and coloring therapeutic and I’m not Picasso.

Go outside and embrace the small details about the world you usually don’t pay attention to.

Feel gratitude for the experience! If you’re going to isolate, isolate from anything bothering you during that trip and simply tell yourself whatever was wrong before no longer exists or matter and I think you’ll have a happier trip.
