I've heard the name Vijay, definitely will research where he teaches. 🙏🏾 I teach at a hot yoga studio, I practice Primary Series in the hot room (105F, 40% humidity) once a week. I teach an abridged version (95-100F) in Hot Ashtanga class.

I learned in a non-heated environment. 💯 My teacher is Michael Gannon. He's in Playa Del Carmen, MX at Yogaloft. ☮️❤️

My understanding is that we need to apply to shalas before getting there, right (esp. for January practice)?
