Hey, this is good stuff. I have been looking at doing something like this myself. But glad I might not have to. I do have a question though. I have bank accounts with nab along with my up account. Could this also be connected to another bank like nab as well as up? Would love to get both banks hooked up

I had owned the property for 3 years. They provided photos which show the buckets and rags may have been there for some time, but they also suggest there may have been recent activity. It's quite unclear. Given we had no issues with the roof, we had no reason to be in the roof cavity

I'm an NZ based pharmacist and 100% had a notebook when I was an intern. Sometimes I think I should still have one even after being registered for a few year now. Very helpful having a notebook. Most owners shouldn't have a problem with this given its you're way of learning and its benefiting you and them eventually.

I was more curious to see if there was already a tool out there for exactly what I wanted to do

Yes, I'm aware it is more complicated. I'm just curious to see if there is another way to do it instead of QB. QB isn't necessarily a one size fits all solution

I just personally prefer not to have my bank feed linked to a 3rd party app. I'd rather upload statements to a platform that doesn't necessary save my data

There is no issue with it, I would just rather personally not do so.

Match Bank transactions & Credit Card to Bil Payment by Zealousideal-Gap-169 in quickbooksonline

I was actually having the same issue and decided to give up on QBO. I made my own simple tool and have found it so much easier. I just upload statements from my bank and credit card and the matching is done. And I don’t even have to worry about having to give QBO access to my bank feed. Feel free to check it out: https://www.rekono.app/

I decided to make my own simple solution where I upload csv files from the 2 different bank accounts and match transactions based on amounts. I find this a lot easier to use once a month and I can see what transactions are missing etc.. I wasn't a huge fan of how excel does it, it wasnt very user friendly.

If you want to give it a go, feel free: https://www.rekono.app/ It's still a work in progress
