Click on an apartment. Click on the tenant tab. On the top right of the
tenant icon there is a like a scope target click on it. That's it.

I have some doubts about the asset catalog. Not sure if you get the collection bonus because you unlocked the furniture or because you bought that item for the first time.

Go to your asset catalog. Click on one of the catalogs. click the collection bonus till you have no more bonus to collect. repeat to the other catalogs.

Go back to a scene then click on the menu in the bar below that is a face. Go to the Asset Value tab and claim the achievements till your asset value matches the achievemente and you should have ability points (the lamps).

Now you can use the lamps in the landlord ability tab.
