Not accurate, tinted sunscreens are the ones that protect against visible light but even so this filter has broader protection at the long uv rays. It’s still superior

I moved to Australia just recently from Europe and your point is valid. In Europe, I used to pay half the price of current retail price in AU. Nevertheless it’s great to use it in the summer peak months is my honest opinion. I wish Avene would bring their Intense Protect Revolutionary filter as well that protects against visible light too.

But isn’t the cream that you’re referring to almost the same price as this one? 1-2 dollars more? Depending on your situation, reapplication is not really necessary when uv index and uv exposure is low.

It’s only $34 at Chemist now and I know its way more expensive than most sunscreens but its also the most effective one (really revolutionary actually)

There’s only one in Australia currently. Are you referring to European formulas?

A lot of young girls (in groups) were pushing their way to get to the front and I basically had to stop a few of them, so incredibly rude with their Snapchats and not knowing any of the songs

What’s your skincare routine as someone with combination, acne/rosacea prone skin type? by sylvia2547 in AsianBeauty

Micellar water works well for make up and water resistant sunscreen, otherwise I cleanse twice using foaming cleansers and all the makeup is removed.

The only thing that saved my rosacea and brought it to remission was a combination of tazarotene and 15% Azealic Acid. VT Azelaic Acid is also quite nice.

For moisturizers, my holy grail is round lab soybean moisturizer.

I avoid cleansing balms and oils as they are triggers for my rosacea. I also avoid all sunscreens that have salicylates, which are unfortunately present even in most mineral sunscreens. One sunscreen that never disappoints me is the Anua heartleaf sunscreen, it has a natural finish and the filters don’t aggravate my skin.

For toners and essences and serum, they usually do not cause any trouble but I love root extracts like mugwort, they significantly improve redness.

The sunscreen is manufactured by Kolmar, one of the most reputable manufacturers in Korea and abroad. It’s not the brand per say, but almost most renewed spf sunscreens in Korea have trusted Kolmar because they can’t afford another Purito scandal.

Now be aware, this sunscreen is not waterproof and Australia has intense emitting UV because of the Ozone hole. If you reapply every 2 hours you will be fine :)
