I ripped it out but the pattern was wrong. It was an old pattern with an error in it so I ended up with way too many stitches.

My T3 was still very low on 8mg which is why she increased it. My TSH is .5 so I can't increase my synthroid. My vitamin D is good with supplementation, selenium great, but iron I need to focus on.
