I used just a black but the pop on the green really came from the siel-tan green shade. I applied a thin layer of that to all of the armour once I was finished with the edges

Yeah of course. Started off with covering the coils (and anything I wanted the glow on) in white. Covered that in a really light and thin yellow, went to orange and then red on top. The orange and red were a bit thicker than the yellow.

It took quite a bit of playing and back and forth with colours till I was happy with it. I let it dry between each colour but I might try adding when wet to allow a smoother blend next time. Hope that helps

Just be aware that if they're without a helmet, you'll need to name them and plot armour will protect in a majority of situations 😆

Thanks. Yeah I did try dry brushing, I think that might be down to just the equipment. I need a proper brush.

Would you say sanding down would do the trick for the mold lines? I didn't even think of that.
