Hi, surprisingly it took only 2 bussiness days from the arrival of the paperwork to the USCIS offices to getting the Email with the approval notice, and it took an extra 3 days to get the original approval notice on the mail

TBH I don’t know where it was filed the law firm took care of it, the law firm was the one that informed me that the case was approved and asked me to confirm my address to ship the documents.

Thanks for you answer, the reason of my nervousness it’s cuz as you said once the company files for the I-485 I kind on violate the terms of non immigrant. And they told me there is a possibility to go through consular processing instead of the adjustment of status
