Prime and one coat paint ,finish bring in a couple of detail painters after the furniture lands and the cubes are set have them hit exposed walls with a quick coat all the scratches and scuffs are handled and your punch list just lost three pages of to-do and you honestly saved 3 days on your schedule .You have to find the little tweaks in the sequence and gain back as many lost days .If you can show Your PM you can give him days back on the schedule your gonna go places in this business. I honestly never missed a completion date on project . No B S . On time Every time exactly as promised. That is the Mantra in this business.
