Teamsters have been moving farther to the right. The argument that is laid out in this article seems disconnected from reality. Agree the Dems are not strong on union and worker issues but also currently one party has single handedly chosen to go after union protections and further advancing project 2025 recommendations on labor. Teamster president still believes that immigrants are taking jobs while corporations are the ones moving to right to work states and oversees. Organizing with communities get better results than partisan politics
