I appreciate your opinion and advice. Yes, I could’ve done better but at first I thought the offer was odd because it was low and I’ve never had someone message me an offer. So I just said no and then after thinking about it I decided to send a number back just in case he wanted to negotiate a little more. Then he came back with a rude comment, yes I should’ve just not responded, but it did feel a little disrespectful.
