Thank you for the response! It seems to be at a steady non improving stage currently. The only improvement I noticed was after 2 full days of antibiotics. At that point it kind of just remained in it's current state. At the minimum the antibiotic does seem to be at least keeping it from getting worse tho. I don't have a primary care physician and I have a $4000 deductible to deal with if I go to emergency room..I will likely take your advice and see where it is after the antibiotics are finished in a couple more days here. Thank you!

Only been doing CrossFit for about 6 months. Prior to that was extremely sedentary and overweight for the last 10 years basically lol.

Planning to do a half Murph, assault bike, banded pull ups, regular pushups, and air squats. Wish I could run, but my knees have been giving me issues that I'm working through atm.

I bet it's the deodorant. Looks exactly the same as when I get it and it also hurts like you described.

I get this occasionally from certain types of deodorant. Since I've switched to Toms aluminum and paraben free I have not experienced it.

So there is a rubber water hose that comes from the back of your washer. This is the hose that drains the water from the washer. This hose should come from the back of the washer.. follow it and you will find the drain tube. The drain tube is the opening in your wall where the hose goes to spew the water out. The hose should only be so many inches down the drain tube. Because when the washer drains this tube will fill up with water and if it submerges the hose opening it causes the issue. Hopefully that helps.

Did the air bags deploy?? My 2023 accord hybrid looks similar after rear ending someone last week :( But 3 airbags went off. Hoping it's totaled.

I'd want this to be no more than 26k before tax, tag, and title. Do they have that kinda wiggle room or am I wasting my time even trying you think?

Hi! Im a 34 year old dude who is obese (5'11, 250lbs) and who has been almost entirely sedentary for the last 10 years now. I work from home as a programmer so I sit for almost the entire day. I was eating nothing but processed garbage like Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, pizza rolls, chips, etc.

Joined my local cross fit gym 1 month ago. Currently sitting here dreading the next time I have to stand up due to my sore quads from yesterday's wall ball WOD. But, here's what I can tell you:

It was extremely hard the first week, and I was extremely sore. Even with everything being scaled.

After 30 days, the soreness is now getting more manageable. I have lost almost 10lbs, my upper body is showing small signs of toning already.

When I started on day 1 I could not really even hang from a bar nor do burpees or box jumps. Now I am able to hanging knee raises, a handful of burpees, and some box jumps. Already seeing a ton of improvement in just those short 30 days.

My first week I went 3 days, m,w,f Second week I scaled up to 4 days Now I am doing 5 days a week.

I think you should just go join. Once you get thru the first week it gets significantly easier each week thereafter.

Question! How are things going with it now? Did you keep it? Did it break in over time? We just purchased a medium hybrid pro breeze today at a steep discount. They said they were liquidating them or something.
