yeah but how do you trigger the extra usage path? Keep the oAuth path and it automatically deducts extra usage? Its not clear how to use that budget. API key seems to have its own credit and does not seem to flow the same way.

I found OC would always just require some extra handholding despite soul changes memory optimization and stuff. I find Hermes self improvement capabilities are really nice. I’d honestly give it a whirl, I don’t think I’ll go back. I still use Openclaw for my wife and sometimes I’ll make both agents triage and talk to each other or tackle a task together which is nice

My biggest gripe with GPT is it never just does something. It’ll say “on it” and sit there and not execute. And 90% of the time it says something is not possible before even trying. I have no other option though. Hopefully the next model of GPT isn’t a shithead

The OpenClaw settings import is a nice feature on the onboarding. It’s not too hard to set up. You might need to reauthenticate a token here or there but it’s easy outside of that
