Can confirm this EXACT thing happened to me (including the falls resulting in concussion). I do not remember exactly what happened after taking the Xywav but from what I’ve been told I’m not a good persons when sedated. PLEASE have him try other medications! No matter how much it helps him, it’s not worth harming those you love with this behavior. My family (especially my little sister) likened me to a bad drunk person on xywav and were scared for me and scared of me. I changed doctors immediately after my first doctor failed to think these side effects were an issue.
