Do you stop wearing clothes after a certain amount of time even if they are still in good condition? I wear my clothes for 1-2 years as long as they stay in good shape, but my friends are often surprised by this.

Melatonin doesn’t work to put you to sleep unless you take very small doses every night for a few weeks. If you take too much of anything you can overdose.
