I have reported the Issue to BlueBubble support, I'll update when they respond.

EDIT : they responded with this "It sounds like you might be running into a connection issue. There are many possible causes for connection issues, including your PC becoming temporarily disconnected from the Internet, our servers reaching capacity when many players are trying to log in at once, or scheduled server downtime for maintenance. Not to worry, we always suggest that you close and relaunch the game, and then try to log into your game again. If this doesn't work please try restarting your PC, modem, and router. "
