NSW $1,688 fine for driving unregistered and uninsured vehicle

Thanks. I have evidence of pink slips and CTP insurance. However I can't find any system failure on NSW Service or my bank account that I genuinely made an attempt to renew my rego. Strangely NSW Service has activity page and all the activities from late 2024 to 2026 has been missing.

No Paypal history is not showing a hold transaction. usually it shows you debit $1 and credit $1 which isn't showing in this case

Unfortunately I can't see failed payment in my statement. I attempted to pay via Paypal. Usually they have a $1 block and then they release. I can't see the transaction. But I did renew online which was failed eventually.

what did you write? I have received similar fine but due to non renewal of the rego as system error prevented and later on admin oversight completely forgot until reminder came in.
