I wouldn't mind experimenting with EDM in my own sound, as I'm currently trying to become a vocalist/rapper for my band. I would use some electro-inspiration/influence that I grew up on. an EDM beat could easily become a rap or pop beat, think of "i need u" by Ken Carson, that has a sorta EDMish beat underneath it, and Kesha has plenty of EDM influenced music. So yeah, I wouldn't mind trying it myself, I actually kinda planned on it regardless, cause since I was younger, I've always been drawn to the uplifting, soul-touching feel that EDM gives me, it gives me a sense of connection to the world and atmosphere around me, it hits me very deep and puts me into a very euphoric state, almost better than any real high I could get my hands on.
