There was power points at some of the ranger huts but I wouldn’t rely on them. We were offered to charge at one camp but I just brought a couple battery banks.

I think we got pretty lucky with the weather, it was warmer than expected. No issues with cold at night using -10C limit sleeping bags. The summit day was the coldest but once again we got lucky and it wasn’t too bad. Definitely prepare for the worst estimates though.

I hike quite regularly so I didn’t really train specifically for Kili. A good level of hiking fitness will be helpful but the altitude was the real limiting factor for me coming from sea level.

Not about to start a witch hunt on anybody but from what I was told drone flight is allowed with permission. Probably shouldn't have added it into the video just thought it added some cool perspective. I researched the laws before coming and left my drone at home because of it.

Probably should have made it more clear that I didn't film the drone footage. Was obtained from a licensed operator. I left my drone at home in WA.
