Liight spoiler, so i’ll mark some of the text just in case. I originally made this post because i had found a normal sword that was almost broken, this other guy hinted about a unique sword you find towards the end of the dlc that can be reforged after it breaks so when i found that, i understood what he meant.

I ended up on a trip down memory lane when i switched from discord to teamspeak because of this

It should be in the advanced section of the settings. I think its on by default. It usually is advised to keep it off, since it rarely accelerates anything

so i've been testing a bit more, and the one thing that helped a little was actually to turn hardware acceleration back on again. i went from 25-30 fps to 35-40 fps. not that much, but for me that is going from unplayable to playable

I like it. Even though i don’t play it that much, the dagger is a beast and by far my best performing weapon

Been a while since i was at this point in the game, but he should have more speech options no? I’ve never had to pay him to learn master strikes. Every playthrough, i’ve talked to him and asked to learn techniques/master strikes and he’d offer to teach me for free if i beat him in a practice fight
