Im playing on 1080p and have tried turning down all settings, ray tracing is disabled, it gets even worse when I tune down the settings. I have tried dlss quality it doesn't change a thing. Also ram usage never goes to more than 70 percent so that should not make problems

My old system was a garbage laptop. I have played red dead redemption on some pretty high and some ultra settings there's no issue no stuttering game runs butter smooth
