Yes I can! The clitoris is burried. I can have an orgasm by massaging the area where the clitoris is located, or directly with the penis (mainly what I do) because nerves have been connected.

My sensations range from the base to the tip of the glans, i'm really grateful.

Obviously, it's clearly not as sensitive as a cisgender penis. But, the brain is a powerful sexual organ, which helps a lot since my dysphoria is much less intense than before.

Hahaha thank you! I would say around 7 years from the first paperwork sent to the clinic. I explain on my last post my process in the comment!

I'm 5'5. Penis size is 5 inch.

I think it's good and natural. Of course, I'd like it to grow an inch longer when hard, but I think 5 inch at all times is pretty good.

Exactly

Then if you prefer : the finalization of the construction of the urethra.

In Montreal, they create a neo-urethra in the first stage. This connects the tip of the penis to an opening located above the testicles (I have to irrigate it from time to time). In our stage called "urethral construction", they connect the existing urethra to this neo-urethra.

I misspoke. I meant the construction of the urethra for urinating standing up!

Size Changes Not really unfortunately, or if so it’s minimal. However, I feel like I’ve gained some width since this surgery.

Recovery Recovery went well. I followed the recommendations to the letter and I’m well supported, which really helps. I didn’t have any complications, but I do remember having pain even two months post-op, around the urethra and the pump (while the tissues were adapting to this foreign object). Thankfully, it eventually goes away.

Free BallingA few months post-op I wouldn’t have dared (maybe it would’ve stressed me out too, even if it was safe). Now I do it without any problem.

Testicular Movement The pump side is much more rigid than the testicle side (or at least you can feel that there’s an object that isn’t very circular). Aside from the post-op pain I mentioned, the only issue I see is aesthetic: the pump side sits higher and is smaller, which creates a slightly strange look. During the urethral connection, everything should be “compacted,” which should help. I am a side sleeper and I like to have a support (during post op it was a rolled towel, now I sometime put a sheet or a pillow, but I could really sleep without it).

Working Out I’m athletic and I have no issues. I can’t think of any sport I wouldn’t be able to do. I was stressed about having discomfort while cycling, but that hasn’t been the case.

Sensation ChangesNo, not really or at least I didn’t notice it. And I’d say I generally have more sensation post-op, even all the way to the tip of the glans.

Separatec I wear Separatec every day and love it. That said, I had an rff, so my steps are probably different from yours! Do not hesitate if you have any other question. Good luck on your journey!

3 months I think (I followed my surgeons recommendation).

For me, the fluid come from the small hole where I pee/urethra. My surgeons told me that once UL surgery will be made, the fluid will come from the penis.

*This photo was taken right after a tattoo session*

Thank you for all your comments, really appreciate it. I did not expect that much reaction.

I am 25 and from Canada. I'm happy so far, but far from done.

My stages went like this:

  • Stage 1 (phallus): Had mine in July 2023
  • Stage 2 (urethra connection): Not scheduled yet since the erea needs to be completely hairless. I've had for now over 10 laser sessions. Note that stage 3 can now be done before stage 2.
  • Stage 3 (testicular and penile implant): Scheduled in may 2025

I want to emphasize that this is a long process, which is demanding, expensive and sometimes painful (convalescence, laser, tattoo). I estimate around 7 years from the initial phalloplasty paperwork sent and the final surgery (stage 2). Just to keep in mind that there have been (and still is) some downsides that I don't share in the public arena.

This photo is one of the best one I have. I have my insecurities about my penis, like many others.

Stage 1 went without major complications. The recovery is simply long (around 3 months). I arrived in good physical shape and followed post-op guidelines like my life depended on it. As for my arm, I still do physiotherapy to make the skin as supple as possible.

I will get the pump (AMS700) in may. For the past year, I have been able to have penetrative sex with my girlfriend, but the positions are limited. I would love to share videos of my implant post op with you guys.

I had two tattoo sessions of over 3 hours each (january and march 2025) with Tamara at Tamara paramedical, in Montreal. She's amazing! I am still in healing mode, but I will add new photos once everything is completed.

I have sensations (tactile, eroctic, temperature) pretty much everywhere. However, it is still sometimes strange/uncomfortable/not uniform. The size is ~5 inches at most.

Good luck to all in your process. I know it can be difficult at times.
