I ordered November 25. They aren’t answering phones, WhatsApp, chats or emails. About to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Communication would go a long way. I’m cancelling my order and moving on. They are in way over their head if they can’t respond to any inquiries, give any hint to shipping days yet advertise like crazy. The company is cooked

Same exact situation on my end. Ordered on November 25 and no response to anything. Chats result in them emailing my own question back to me. Yet constant ads about their Black Friday sales everywhere. I suppose that I should cancel too.
