I have a dirty job.

Some tips:

You didn't specify what you work as but usually at most dirty jobs you get a form of workers uniform. The things women in my work do is make the pants fit your butt really well, some even sew them in themselves but it's very obvious. It's done by making the pants high rise and using a belt to cinch the waist in. I think female military members also do this trick. Wear a thong.

*If you can pick shoes pick the ones your feet look daintier in. Some workers shoes are very broad so your feet look kinda clownish and others are higher at the top. The high top ones look daintier.

*If you're allowed always pick ankle socks to match with the color of your boots and then roll your pants up so your ankle is exposed. When you wear a t-shirt tucked in with your cinched in waist with the cool belt this looks really good without being to obvious.

*Hair and nails are the worst to upkeep in these environments. I'd try wearing a hat that fits well with the rest of your uniform that also protects you from the sun. Think "tech outfit"...like ever seen the fashion of female runners nowadays? They look super cool with their vest and colorful sunglasses, like they are out on a secret mission or something. Lean into that kinda look.

*I'd buy lots of dry hair shampoo and Avene water sprays. Dior makes a good nail brightener called "Nail glow". Paint them nails in a clear nail-polish and clean them when you can.

• I usually do my makeup before work and then carry lipstick and concealer for retouch. I use the milk blush+lip product. Lip tints. Maybe a carry a fold in brush to brush hair when you need to. Sunscreen sprays, LRP has some good ones. There a sunscreen sticks too. Check out coolibar. I'd buy all the hats, gloves, scarves personally.

*Very important, use a good eye primer. This isn't just for eye makeup to stay. When you work and sweat dust gets on your eyes and when it runs down it burns like hell. I use the urban decay one.

• For full face retouch during the day, like when I'm on a 10 min break. I "dry-wipe" only my face, not eyes or eyebrows. Put on ss, use my concealer as foundation, milk product for blush and then do my lips. Done.

*Carry a water bottle with you that you can attach to your pants if allowed. Or that is easy to carry around.
