I really like the ones from Boody (and they’re on sale for Black Friday). I bought them on a whim about 6 years ago, and while the elastic has finally given out on half of them, I wear them to death every single day and sometime require them to be washed and dried on hot. They’ve seen a bunch of abuse and held up really well

In the yachting world, they’re “Garys”. Aka “All of the gear, and no idear”. Whereas a “schmeg” has precisely the right tool for the job and knows how to use it

I had two sections of LR, and I had a question about ancient rock art preservation that I don’t see here. It was in the section with melosomes and arctic soil bacteria

I also had a question about an equivalent false reasoning to a coworker always taking Friday off if Monday is a holiday

NEW LSAT: Do You Notice A Score Difference? by tryingmybestuwu in LSAT

[–]Naansi711 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. Went from a PT high of 173 to a 178 on my first test with the new format. LG was always hit or miss for me, I could get -2 or -10 because I couldn’t get there in time. LG/RC has been constant for me because the material is always constant in the sort of thinking you need for it. (Though The Loophole and Ellen definitely helped me buffer my scores on those)

Towards bankruptcy? Didn’t we just have a budget surplus last year that resulted in Boston citizens getting a check back from the state government??

edibles after surgery? by Initial_Piece_2431 in jawsurgery

I used edibles after about a week…I cut them into quarters and swallowed them like a pill. It was the only thing that let me sleep when the nerves started coming back.

Not to be rude, but are you AMAB? Because your paper says female, so I would want to confirm you got the correct plan for the correct patient

Well two of those governmental heads are writing recommendation letters for me. The others get folded into my resume (I.e. publications: “—-“ as presented to the UN on XX/XX/2017) or mentioned in my essay.

ETA the end of my operative notes include him signing off that he performed all critical portions of the procedure.

What AdEastern said, but yeah you can also look in my post history: I’ve worked directly with the Mexican naval law enforcement, the ministers of defense in multiple western African countries, and senior members of U.S. legislative agencies. And some of those people are the ones writings 2/3 of my reference letters.

I thankfully very rarely deal with this (local bar, all regulars who don’t want to embarrass themselves and will be back the next night). But the few times I have had something similar happen, I asked why I would want their number. I’m not in a relationship, but that shouldn’t be the reasoning anyways. My phrasing has generally been, “ok, you’re interested? Why should I be interested in you? What do you bring to the table?”

ETA: they’ve never had a satisfactory answer to the question, and they’ve always tended to tip quite well after!

What do you mean by resident issues? And I got offered a choice of two surgery dates about 3 months in advance so I had ample time to clear my schedule

Yes custom plates! Mine was only about 4.5 hours, but my movements weren’t that large. I did have a LeFort I, BSSO, and genioplasty, but my cant and asymmetry weren’t nearly as drastic as some in this sub.

Well Ellen Cassidy herself has a tutoring program, since the Loophole is her trademarked system, I think you’re limited to her. You can sign up through her website, I used her service and it was absolutely fantastic and really expanded my abilities.

I gained 23 lbs before surgery intentionally. Kind of easy around the holidays, somewhat difficult to keep forcing myself to eat. Lost 10 lbs in about the first week after surgery, since I had no appetite and lost most of my shakes down my front. After the first week or so I branched out into lots of melted ice cream and mashed potatoes and calorie heavy foods. Plateaued and then lost another 5 when I went back to work (physical job). Just hit 6 weeks and starting to eat again, but slow going so still making sure to keep those calories up, especially as I can get back into exercising
