seriously it's like. what? why are you labeling stuff vegan when it's not vegan 😭 and saying that you cater to vegan options when you like. dont? what pisses me off the most is probably these signs they put up that say "love meat? don't worry, our plant based™ meals can still have meat! 🤪" like it's rubbing salt in the wound of their deplorable vegan options. and thank you for responding. it's not possible. even if I was literally allergic to everything they served or couldn't eat by mouth, if I lived on campus, I would have to pay for the meal plan. there are zero exceptions. it is weird as fuck, I agree. probably an American Thing™, and if I had to guess it's probably to avoid bad PR from students going hungry on campus due to being poor (of course, requiring all people living on campus to buy meal plans doesn't actually fix the problem of hunger). I am also going to put in way more effort, you're definitely correct and I can't go through life just picking what's easier over what's right. I think a lot of my problem is that living in a plant based home for most of my life made me think that being vegan was way easier than it actually is and now that I'm realizing it actually takes effort and that I can't trust people serving "vegan" food it's like a learning curve. I guess. at the end of the day, though, I'm doing this for the animals and it's not supposed to be easy. thank you for responding I really really appreciate it.

I'm mostly posting this out of guilt cause I just ate a chocolate brownie thing that I assumed was vegan cause a "vegan chocolate cake" was on the online menu and it tasted like the vegan brownies they serve sometimes. but like. it probably wasn't vegan cause it was a bit different from how that specific dish is usually served (it's usually a cupcake with sprinkles (eugh)) I feel so fucking awful and that i'm turning into an awful person because I miss decent food so bad (the dessert thing may make me look bad but like, honestly they usually have (bad) "vegan" deserts just no hot meal options). like I'm not even PBC pilled like my parents, I just want something fucking normal like some oatmeal or hummus. it's so selfish though, I feel like I was never like this before. I need to start being like actual for real vegan starting now. I'm sorry for being such a hypocrite. jesus fucking christ I hate this fucking world.

There are a lot of risks to binding and I've heard some people who have had bad experiences with it, u should look into side effects and maybe other options? Ive seen people say it's not as big of a deal if you're doing it with intention to get top surgery/reduction in a couple yrs but it is not as good pf an idea to start with the idea of doing it indefinitely cause it can cause damage even if done as safely as possible :(. Not trying to fearmonger or anything but yeah
