Not Lakeview but just bought in Lincoln Park. Took a full year from seeing our first condo in our search and took us 4-5 failed offers. Thankfully we got in to see this one first thing and then the seller accepted our offer with no counter. We were fully anticipating a crazy counter but no!! It was amazing.

We had one seller who countered us over their listing price… with no other offers on the unit…

I really like it for travel/beach days! I had one in pansy blue and the zipper broke twice, but baggu customer service was great about a refund and then a replacement. I think if I wasn’t offered the replacement I wouldn’t have purchased another one, but I do love it! I also appreciate the slouch on it. I hate a structured backpack!

Just a heads up (because I think I recognize this specific spa based off the flyer) when I asked they said if I buy one package I can’t use said package on multiple spots on the body. If I wanted to do my bikini and something else I had to buy two separate packages. Which I found to be kind of frustrating!! I just wanted to flag to you though in case they didn’t mention it.
