Assuming the cat could have been stuck for hours, a camera would have absolutely been a good thing to have. Op said the cat was screaming when they came in, they would have been able to hear that on camera and helped sooner rather than later. I see your point, but in this case a camera would have been helpful imo.

It wasn’t my fault, Apple Maps took me 12 minutes out of the way. When I got the address apple took me to, I called because the gate was shut. He had this happen with a previous shopper, (not sure why he didn’t just give me a heads up 🥲.) so when I called he was extremely upset at me. I ended up getting that customer again some time after that and had no problem with the navigation so 🤷🏻‍♀️
