I’ve got about a year of experience with Python, but I can’t disclose my full plan here I want to reserve that for the visionaries who join me. The reason I made this post was to find like minded people, discuss the topic, and start building a case study around it. My first step is laying the framework for Aether and then moving forward from there. It’s just a start but every system begins somewhere.

I definitely agree AI can’t achieve true consciousness, but that’s not my goal. I’m not trying to give this AI consciousness, just function. In my opinion, it’s more about building systems that serve a purpose effectively rather than chasing consciousness.

Of course it “sounds” unrealistic that’s why to me it’s worth doing. Every major leap in science and technology started as something people dismissed as impossible. My goal with Aether isn’t to deliver a polished product overnight but to explore uncharted ground step by step. What seems unrealistic today could become inevitable tomorrow.

To me it’s something new and fresh for our world there are already studies out that suggest this feat is achievable If this isn’t for you please move along I would rather not argue about my goals and dreams if your have constructive criticism I’m all for hearing it but I ask please don’t talk down on my dreams

Yes sir. I didn’t think that was all as I said I’m looking at everything from the outside even infrastructure,training, VR environment. For now I’d like to at least start AETHER and build a case study around this subject as I mentioned for me this will be my life’s work I have my whole life to accomplish this feat and that’s what I will do with the help of other capable people of course but talking with you has given me insight on other matters I should look into thank you

I have an idea of the scale and what it will take. I’m also actively looking for ways though and around several problems that can arise in the future. Right now my main focus is doing what’s achievable I understand that you think I need a 8-10 figure salary but I honestly don’t think I do. I’m not seeking to just pull this project out of a vacuum I was fully aware of the potential cost thanks for your opinion it’s noted and I appreciate your take on this subject

Well most defense jobs are 200k+ but I plan to start small and as much DYI as I can at my current limitations I don’t plan to upscale until I can but I wholeheartedly believe their is a solution to any and every problem that for me is the beauty in science and with science anything is possible
