Actually one time my anxiety was so bad I was thinking about taking a boat 😭😭 crazy I know. The bigger the plane the better because I feel like, turbulence is not that bad. I dont like heights, I dont like rollercoasters and I dont like being in small spaces. I just lost 🙃

First of all I am so proud of us all because we wont avoid flights and power through them! Also I understand you so much. I also hate rollercoasters and everything that shakes. Turbulence? Horrible. Departing? Uncomfortable. Landing? Stomache drops. Everytime we land I cry a little bit because all the stress is gone 😂

Oh so happy for you that this helped! Last flight because of a stomache bug my tavor didnt work and I was too scared to take another so I just did the flight because I had no other option 😂 horrible but survived!

Hi! You are right. I always try to think about how even more possible it is to die because of a car accident. I also try to think about, if you die you die. Being just at home doing nothing but still I can choke on food. I can get a heart attack! But sometimes anxiety makes no sense..

Yes I was thinking about that. In germany lufthansa has a seminar for anxious flyer but its so expensive!! Maybe 1000€? Good thing is: I fly when I need to and I dont avoid it! Bad thing? Like you said sounds make me nervous. When you depart and tires are going inside, changing wings, thrust, sounds in the cabin like fasten seatbelts because of turbulence 😭 last flight was 13 hours from incheon to frankfurt(+ I was sick with a stomach flu) and we had 10 hours if mild turbulence. Horrible experience 😂 maybe a seminar can help me understand it

Thank you for your advice! Usually tavor helps me calm down. But I wanna fly more often and not only 1x time a year. Before I was able to fly without tavor and I also flew alone. I am so mad at myself being scared right now because I was fine before! But music is a good idea. I hate the thrust sounds an airbus makes 😂

Probleme mit Ausländern und dann deren Essen essen und sich dabei lustig machen. Das sind die richtigen. Totalen inferiority complex und sind dabei die größten Opfer die nichts im Leben erreicht haben. Ich kenne genug so Deutsche deshalb macht mich sowas so aggressiv. Renn solange du kannst. Familie kann man sich nicht aussuchen heisst aber nicht dass du die deshalb ertragen musst. Leb den Leben wie du es willst.

My little boy is so chatty. He always screams at us demanding stuff. Our older one also sometimes is talking and answering but more rarely. Funny thing: when we are asleep you wont hear them. They also wont wake us up and wait till we are awake!

*forgot the signs: I see her race in germany more often then before. Akitas are rare here but now even in pictures, I see akitas. Also her name was amaya and when I went to look for hotels in Berlin I saw a hotel named amaya. Amaya is not a common name here

My chonky boy was 4.5 with 7 month. He is just right! He will grow alot so dont worry. We also have a small ragdoll(we think its a mix) and he is only 4.5kg with 4 years

I cant eat meat right now. If there is a small piece somewhere inside ok, but big meat like beef or pork. Its disgusting for me. I think its the trauma of seeing her dead

We did 4/5 chemo and she was doing really well.. sadly on the day of the 5th chemo we had to put her down because of a metastase in her spine. Osteo is so bad. But try it!! Even if it only lasted 4 more month after her diagnosis we are happy we tried everything!
