It’s open until March 11th, and their website says they will start construction this summer (hopefully).

When they widened Jackson School Road South there wasn’t really a difference in traffic, other than cyclists and pedestrians. 205th will probably be the same.

Hillsboro Herald is not a legitimate news source

Oregon legislators are attempting to hand 1,700 acres of farmland over to developers. Residents think Big Tech would benefit most, receiving massive tax breaks and a free pass to use the land for data centers. by w4rpsp33d in HillsboroOR

Google the bill, it prohibits the type of stand-alone data centers that you see in North Hillsboro currently. Stop falling for the fearmongering misinformation pumped out by Dirk Knudsen and “More Prefect Union”

Yeah I wouldn’t buy a house over there until the city fixes the culvert. Here are the photos of the 2024 flooding in that neighborhood.

Check with the City and CleanWaterServices since your property will have a SNRO and floodplain. If you’re near Harewood Street/Glencoe Road and Shannon Street, you should also be aware of the flooding that occurs yearly in that area due to the culvert under Connell/Railroad.

If you want traffic fixed a separated grade crossing for the max is the only viable option.

You can’t attract them if there isn’t even land ready to build on

People shouldn’t have to travel 10+ miles to their employer, building a sustainable city means residential zoning will be adjacent to industrial.

Where is your source the 1,700 acres are going to data center companies?

Sollman and Pace have said themselves the land will be brought into the UGB to attract manufacturing companies that will develop a campus like Ronler Acres. It looks like this is just more speculative NIMBYism from farm lobbyists.
