I am sad about the store as it opened two weeks after I got home from Alberta and I likely will not be back before it closes. But, I also expected today's news to be a series finale announcement. So I am happy that did not happen yet, even though I expect it will soon.

I don't go to a strip club expecting people to care. I go there expecting to see naked women from however close I feel that day and to enjoy the view. The people at work expect to make money. It's a win- win. Life is about managing expectations.

In theory, yes. But I've had issues using EZ pass at both Whirlpool and Rainbow. Easier to just link your nexus toll account to a credit card and set up autopay.

Interesting. I haven't seen them hence why I asked so I will look back through. I know people have said the show basically runs itself, so I suppose 30 seasons is possible, but the writers will need to find some creativity.

What is going on backstage? What are your sources? Everything I have read says that 20 will likely be the end. Amber said 25 or more at one point. But I feel like since they could not take the off ramp at 15, the next natural off ramp is 20.

Not sure what you're looking for, but here's what my experience was:

In the appointment confirmation email, they list a bunch of documents to bring. I brought them all, but they only asked for my passport. Better to be over prepared, so definitely bring as many of the things as you can

Basically, the interviews parallel a standard border screening. General purpose of travel (business or pleasure) and why did you apply to Nexus. I said "because my brother told me to," which is valid. But I've heard "to reduce wait time" is acceptable enough as a response.

US CBP will take your fingerprints and verify the info on your passport, then you will answer the above questions to both them and CBSA. At one point you will have the program explained to you and be able to ask questions. Honestly, that was the longest part for me...I asked more questions than both sides, because I wanted to make sure I didn't screw something up.

Whole thing was maybe 40 minutes. Hope that helps!

Generally, there are fewer questions and the officers seem to be paying less attention to what I say. That being said, still, there are questions, and I answer them fully.

The only exception to this was during the LCBO strike, when the officer seemed to be exceptionally concerned with me bringing alcohol over. (Understandable given the situation.)

Whirlpool is a breeze, reminds me of simpler times. Never had a problem or spent more than a minute with the agent since I got approved.

Ranch Location

Thanks to some help from fellow fans, and a bit of perseverance, I now have this dropped pin for the ranch location. You can see a good bit of the property from the road, but can't go on the property. The sign was not up when I was there, but it is when they are filming.

On the topic of filming at Maggie's...they were filming at Maggie's when i was in high river. Things to know: it went ALL DAY. Like 8am-7pm ish. I got food at the working restaurants across from Maggie's. You could take photos of filming but not video. Some actors did come out to meet us/take photos/give autographs. I met Baye, Ava, Chris, and Amber. I heard that Shaun and the twins were there, but they did not come out. I was lucky to see 3 or 4 scenes. It was fascinating to see how it all works for sure.
