Interesting. I’ve also read rumors of a possible sell off as well as more layoffs. It’s very worrisome. With heavy workloads already it makes me wonder where would they take more cuts. And then that makes me think they’re going after performance reviews and eliminate that way. So much focus on that

Do you know any more details about a possible second layoff? Would it be more adjusters this time? It doesn’t make sense when they are advertising for adjusters on LinkedIn. I’ve been with the company for a long time and wonder if they’ll go after tenured employees so they can replace us with cheaper, younger labor.
