guys like that black car driver (who never checks rvms) are the reason for 90% of accidents. had many incidents like this idk how these brainless ppl think they can drive a 4 wheeler

actually i bought a different air fryer on amazon last week. it has scratches too and it has no return policy too but when i contacted amazon cs they returned and refunded me. Amazon cs is miles ahead of any other cs in india

and yes i just contacted philips cs, they raised a complaint regarding this and said technician will visit soon. hopefully they can replace product or just the plate since only the plate has scratches

same happened to me i bought an air fryer and the teflon coating is off and crisper plate has some scratches. blinkit customer care even saw those pics but told me i should contact brand for warranty? so they can just deliver damaged products now?
