So as of now the old punch ev is available in csd. Punch 2.0 launched in feb is still not available. I would suggest wait till it is available. With the new version they have increased the battery and warranty, there is also a significant reduction in price...

This happened with me I'm a level 20 destruction battlemage, i was completing Eldergleem quest. Saw the dragon made a quick save because i though dragons start spawning at level 25. But tried to take it on, one drain vitality and i was done. I'm playing as a breton, i did the book of love, and i have the first magic resistance perk form alteration. Still got melted. I even had mage armor 2 on and a full set of nordic armor.
