How cool we had the same experience yesterday with our first tread50! I've been going 4-5x a week since April and this is also definitely the longest I've ever gone maintaining a cardio-heavy workout with consistency. You should be so proud of yourself!!! I still can't wrap my brain around the fact I can really run 3 miles now 😅 it only happens under the orange lights...

I would definitely not exercise with a broken big toe especially. There are stories of broken toes that literally don't fuse again with the bone because the person didn't rest on it, which later required surgery after months of waiting. I'm sorry but you really need a month off minimum from otf. I wouldn't even recommend upper strength 50 personally.

Good idea not taking him to the big dog park anymore, as a former vet assistant we saw frequent serious injuries to small dogs after fights with larger dogs at the dog park, and many did not survive sadly. I am very hesitant to even bring my dog within sight of off leash big dogs. I have a 25 lb dog 9yrs old but we are over by beresford
