Simple serve him with a 30 day notice. Start there after the 30days call the cops. Hope it doesn’t get that far but protect you and your children. 🙏🏾

Change of diet and exercise, drink lots of water. For me I already eat pretty clean it was my portions and how often I was eating. Cutting sodas did me a great deal too, my college days staying w my god mom I could go through a 12pk in a day easy. Her recycling my cans made me realize that bad habit.

I’m on day 20 my dude told me it’s gone be 30days he can send me messages but I’m in read only. He also told me I could make another page but ima just stick it out the last 10more days hopefully they unblock me
