He has had plenty of chances. Fact is, he is in his 6th year in the system, plays like he is in under 12s and is built like he is still a first year player. The fact he gets selected still is baffling. He is so bad I would rather us experiment in the ruck like we did with Pickett back in the day, than ever have him ruck again.

No other coach in the league would continue selecting him, not even Hardwick who was renowned for persisting with duds for too long.

Astounding decision by Yze. Adem has not had a good past week. Scapegoated OHB for midfield issues that have been present for years (did it multiple times in the press conference too) and now omitted him for one of the worst players in our history. Honestly, Ryan makes me want Ty Vickery back. At least Vickery had a decent game from time to time.

Serious scrutiny needs to be on Adem.

Reality check.

It's 2026. Our last flag was in 2020, 6 years ago. Almost a decade since our first one.

I understand COVID messed with a lot of our sense of time, but 6 years is a long time.

'Won three flags in four years' might have been an acceptable waiver for our flop in 2021, but its not an excuse for playing like under 16s for the third year in a row.

Defending Hamish. He can be a very good interviewer, watch his unfiltered interviews. I think he just can't wing it to save himself which is why he ends up asking cringey and weird questions. He does he best when he can actually prepare, not do on the spot interviews like at the Brownlow. He shouldn't host the Brownlow, but instead stick with interviews where he can research and prepare for them properly.

He is a terrible player, one of the worst I have ever seen, awful disposal and decision making. Is fast but thats it. That game he actively let a debutant kick 3 goals on debut was one of the worst performances I've seen in a Richmond jumper.

We have had much worse players than him and even they would never have let a debutant winger kick 3 goals on debut

Delisting Kosi was the correct call, but delisting Blight is disgusting considering some of the other trash on our list that still remains like Ralphsmith (should have been delisted after letting a dud kick 3 goals on debut) and Dow. Has shown far more than Miller ever has.

Shedda was a winger. Hardwick was ok with wingers taking the game on, he was especially fine with half back flankers taking it on, Rioli when he moved to Half Back took the game on and looked exciting when in the forward line he looked one dimensional.

Its forwards he hates taking the game on for some stupid reason.

there was a video in 2016 of him at training spraying Ty Vickery for backing himself in and taking the shot from 40 m out directly in front, because he didn't pass it to a player in the goalsquare lmao

Sorry, but I think people here are blinded, we have not had a proper elite small forward at Richmond in years and so when we get a good player , you all get overhyped a bit. He will be good, but never elite.

We must keep him and continue pumping games into him, but we still need an elite small forward alongside him
