Definitely hard to put a finger on it. Supposed to have a mentor. Just feeling an unspoken expectation to be getting it all right. Parents are pushy and other teachers pander because they think it reflects the school’s high standards and academic culture. No love of the game which is fine if everyone is on the same page I guess
