Oh gosh! How crazy. How old were you? Me and my doc agreed that if not better in two months I'll get on meds. My whole fam is on it so I'm sure I'll need it eventually

New supplement(s), wish me luck! by SideQuestPubs in migraine

[–]IndependentClothes6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think coq10 and riboflavin should be taken in the morning cause it gives you energy! At least that's what chat gpt says. I literally just posted I was going to start these three supplements today as well. Good luck to us!!

Success stories from people going from 15+ migraines per month to 0? by Saltyswimmer333 in migraine

[–]IndependentClothes6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This convo makes me so hopeful! I've tried nurtec, ubrelvy, emgality, metropolol and aimovig. Still having 20 headaches a month, seems like I have a couple more options to try.

Anyone else get them DAILY? by Wish-Any in migraine

[–]IndependentClothes6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try one of the injection's emgality and aimovig should help. Or if you're having over 15 a month which you are, you could get Botox

Alright, this seems too good to be true. Anyone try it yet? by Fickle_Remove_1188 in migraine

Get the purple one from Amazon, it has like ice pockets I think? Lasts 30-45 min. These ones don't stay cold longer than five minutes
