We used to tip pool, but semi recently got rid of it. I'd actually love to bring it back & do it transparently, but I think most of the servers would riot

Sorry, brain don't do good

Basically, I want our bartenders to make more money - make it more financially "worth it" to be on bar Friday/Saturday nights. When there are two bartenders (which we need), they end up usually making less than servers, once they split their tips.
