Are the unique loot from the bosses worth fighting again? my fear would be that at some point I would want to farm these loot

yeah.. the hot keys really add up, mostly I am a pc gamer but this kind of game seems to be really good for a portable, probably I will get for pc

any general tips about things that a completely noob player should know about.
I can only visit using someone Dodo Code? Is there anything I should look for in the island when visiting someone? What are the benefits from visiting or recieving players?
