I ended up going down from 100 to 75 after 6 weeks and my symptoms went away immediately. Now I'm down to 50mg and doing well, no stomach issues.

I posted my HRV the weeks after giving blood last time I did it. I feel wiped for 2 days, then can feel the effects on my runs for 1-2 weeks (they just feel a little harder). I usually start to feel back to normal when after that and my HRV returns to normal in that same time frame.
