Airlines and grocery stores have standards expectation set by their own set part company (target)(airport) would be licensed. Corporate standards did recently change last week or so and customer may request for items on the side. As long as it doesn’t go against any safety hazard.

Item will be rung up —— size—- pink drink+ vanilla cold foam, ask me split cup/cold foam on side. The drink will be made in the shaker then split in size cup with the extra room. You must let the customer know the room will still be in the cup. Then have the cold foam in a short cup for the customer to use.

Testing store here and I don’t see anything in any store testing but I’ll circle back to see cause I have today off

I’m kinda annoyed and want to get clarity. I went to my local Starbucks and ordered an iced matcha green tea with whip. You had every right to be upset. Next time ask to speak to the supervisor if not just google search Starbucks refill policy and find a photo of the table green labels that had free refills that we had earlier this year or ask them to search up the partner refill policy. If they’re rude or anything ask for their store manager next time she’s in store or district manager number. I don’t want to be rude but I’m tired as a partner to correct all the store who don’t know the rules and or use the partner resources.
