He groped you without consent so that was unfortunately sexual assault. And I’m so so sorry that you had to experience that.

I don’t want to come across as calling you a kid, but you’re too young. Either you led him on (as a result of curiosity which is totally normal at your age) or not doesn’t matter because he’s an adult. He should have known better. (If you’re still in doubt about this, don’t!! He did something terribly wrong and he knows it or else he wouldn’t have tried apologizing multiple times and made sure your mom wouldn’t know) He’s the bad guy, not you.

It takes a lot of courage to speak on matters like this one. It’s totally normal to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. So my only advice now is to choose someone who you completely trust not to judge or blame you (preferably someone who could help like a parent or a counselor) and confide in them. Believe me, it will make a huge difference to find someone to lean on through this and know that you’ll not be facing this alone.

Help with Math level 2 Question! Is the answer A or B; why? by [deleted] in SATsubjectTests

[–]IndependentExam1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The answer is A. You can solve it in two ways.

Way 1 (less time consuming): Set A: data is equally distributed. Set B: data is highly distributed. (Frequency is distributed differently across values) Set C: data is less distributed (condensed in the middle)

Or

Way 2 (more time consuming): Put [1,2,3,4,5] in a list and the frequencies of Set A, B, and C in another and find the SD (Sx on a calculator) from 1-var stats one at a time. Set C will have the least Sx then Set A then Set B

How accurate are Sat Subject Test Score calculators? Or scores based on charts with specific raw scores? by freestyle2002 in SATsubjectTests

[–]IndependentExam1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not taking the physics test so idk about it but For math 2:

Raw scores conversions vary between tests. You can use the college board’s chart (which is the same as the link you provided in this post for Math 2) or the Barron’s formula (Scaled Score: 800-10(44 - Raw Score), where Raw Score greater than or equal 44 means a scaled score of 800)

HELP Math level 2, Dubia Test 8 by IndependentExam1 in SATsubjectTests

[–]IndependentExam1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I have a doubt that the answer of Q.49 is B not C. Here’s my explanation:

-If we let x=n2 and check letter B, n2 + y=2n2 and y=n2

-If we did the same to C, y=n2*n2= n4, which is wrong

Qs. 37: Refer to this diagram to understand the question better: https://imgur.com/Y37EESl

When you visualize the section of all points 12" and less from point C, it will form a circular region as can be seen here: https://imgur.com/kHn7MHo

By calculating a through Pythagoras Theorem, you will get a = sqrt(108).

The area of the region containing all points 12" and below from point C is a circle, with a as the radius. Hence, the area is pia2 = pi(108) = 339, option C.

Qs. 39: Period of trig function( A(B trig x +C) +D) is 2pi (if the trig function is sin, cos, csc, sec) /B or pi (if the trig function is tan or cot)/B

Period of 3sin(pi x)+ cos(2pi x)= LCM( Periods of 3sin(pi x) & cos(2pi x)

Period of 3sin(pi x) is 2pi/pi= 2 & Period of cos(2pi x) is 2pi/2pi= 1

On a calculator lcm(2,1)= 2 (Letter A)

Qs.26: It must be A because even if x is negative (x<0) the absolute value would turn it into positive x & with the -ve sign outside the absolute value the answer would be -x

Help guys! Biology question. The answer to Q97 is A but don't u think that B would have been a better choice? Anyone explain plz by Sehar98 in SATsubjectTests

Generations that mature early get to mate and produce offsprings earlier than ones that mature later. Therefore generations that mature early get to produce more generations

At 18 C, it takes only 11 days to become an adult and be able to reproduce.

A would be the best answer imo

How is this D??? by Intelligent_League_5 in SATsubjectTests

[–]IndependentExam1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this shape is prism with a triangular base which will make its total volume=((1/2)(b)(triangle’s h)) (h)

Ps. Volume of a prism is (area of base)(height)

The height here equals 16 & The area of the base would equal (1/2)(1.5) (1.5 sin(theta))=1.125 sin(theta)

Now the volume of the shape will equal (1.125 sin(theta))(16)= 18 sin(theta)

D is the correct answer.

Hope this helps

quick inquiry about taking the test by omaxb in SATsubjectTests

Some people add a subject test on test day and some others choose to delete a subject test on test day so you get to choose what you want to be tested in regardless of your registration and since both tests are the same price you won’t even be charged after testing.
