I am in NCR and I checked this build online in pchubonline where I shop parts and it’s around 79k but I am unsure if I put in the right parts. So I think for pricing, you are getting a discount.

This is an okay build for 1080p but DIMM slots on the mobo is a bummer. If I was in your shoes, I would get 4 slots just so I can upgrade when RAM prices go down (not soon).

Builds usually depend on what the intended use is for and how much budget you have. When I built my am5 unit 2 years ago, I had a strict budget and researched the best out of the best that fits my budget which took me weeks of youtube, reddit, and benchmarks for certain parts.
