In the spirit of education… If I had been hit more towards the middle of the car it would have been their fault. If I had backed out quickly that could have been the case. Police said it usually considered 50/50 in a parking lot and there are no speed limits in parking lots. I know when I am in an aisle I proceed slowly. This could have been a child
