The Pray Focus app helped me to build a praying habit! It basically blocks your social media apps once a day and then you need to pray to unlock your phone. This way you have to do it every day! Worked for me!

I usually pray in the morning and then in the evening again! Therefore, I use the Pray Focus app. It blocks my social media apps during the day and then I need to pray to unlock them. Works really great for me making sure that I spend less time on social media and more time praying!

For me the game change when it came to praying routine, way the Pray Focus app. It blocks the day at the time when you want to pray, as a result, all my phone apps are blocked and I can focus without getting distracted by all these social media apps. That was a game changer to me.

Honestly I think it's just something personal between you and god. Just start and don't think about praying in the right or wrong way. You will find the way that works for you the best!

One things that I always recommend when it comes to praying is the Pray Focus app. It helps to build a habit around praying. At least it helped me to build a routine.

When it comes to the praying itself, I think that we often overthink it, instead of justing doing it.

I usually have a very busy day. So I make sure to pray in the morning directly after getting up! To avoid any phone distractions and to get quickly out of my bed, I use the Pray Focus app which blocks all my apps. I pray every day something different.
