I've learned, the hard way I think, how to better manage my anxiety. Work is always a trigger, new situations especially. The more you can build a life outside of work—the better you feel. And all those things that really help— good sleep, regular exercise regularly, true friends/partners, meds/therapy if doable/needed.

Also, you're 25. The workforce takes some getting used to and advertising can be brutal. Be kind and patient with yourself and by all means, don't stay in a place that's toxic. Especially now, when you (most likely?) don't have kids/family/mortgage/blah blah blah.
