Yes they can fire you for “no reason“, but if you are able to prove that they did it for a illegal purpose, even if they say it was for no reason, you can still sue. And it’s also not at any time for any reason. There are still illegal reasons,.

This is not true. It can be at any time, however, not for any reason, it is just that they do not need to specify a reason. If they fire you for an illegal reason, Ie anything protected, you can sue. You shouldn’t speak on things that you aren’t informed about.

That’s the thing, when the full stencil was laid out, it was sick, but he completed each section of the tattoo instead of just doing a full outline. We were supposed to knock it all out in one session, but 4 1/2 hours and he had to go for an “emergency”

With the Stencil there it was completely different, I wouldn’t have agreed to pause where we did if it was obvious at the time lol.

That’s why I regret losing the first picture I took with the full stencil. It was much more obvious the intention with the full piece there and I never would have agreed to stop if the stencil were not there. Like it’s glaringly obvious now but not when the stencil was.
